I've forwarded ports 17010 - 17012 TCP/UDP and still, people can't join...

I've tried the IP override and still, people can't join...

I've tried No-IP.com and still, people can't join...

I disabled my ZoneAlarm firewall and still, people can't join...

Just...what the hell is going on? People can see my real IP and No-IP (I've tried both) and they still can't join. And just to prove to you that I have forwarded my ports, see here.

Oh, and btw, yes, I have rebooted my Router, SEVERAL TIMES!

It's a D-Link DSL-G624T btw.

You put your IP in the ip box and tick Force-IP.

Tried that and it didn't work.

Yea.I hate hosting too.I can only join games but when i host then nowhere come's to play.

maybe your isp blocks ports.

on my isp it was something like that
high security: all ports blocked except http, ftp...
medium securtiy: some more ports unblocked
low security: all ports unblocked

maybe its like that

I also forwarded ports 6677, 6667, and 80 and it werked for me. Also, the IP is very important : it doesn't have to start with 192.168, 169.254. or 10. Go to WWW.WHATISMYIP.ORG and find your IP there. Then input it in the game's setting. Make sure the firewall is down, BTW.
