If you have W:A updated to the latest version (which is v3.6.26.5) then you can minimize easily.

In game, press 'Esc' or 'Escape' then Minimize Game is one of the options.
On menu screens, simply click the very bottom of the screen to minimize.

i minimize succesfully on the menu,but not while playing an online game.I want that please.And if you can,a solution to my colours problem too.thx

To minimize during a game, open up the menu by pressing Esc and click on Minimize.

And the color thing can't be solved. That's not a lie.
