edit: so in-short I'm really not sure this is the right answer, but without googling - he's the co-developer / co-founder of firefox and he's 19.

the development of firefox cannt be attirbutred to one person - i'm gonna assume the concept of what was then called pheonix was his.

From what I read I was told that he began an open source project on firefox from the age of about 13. He has something to do with it anyway.
