he keeps fucking rating me down. It's not fair. The admins should make it so if a user gets banned/deleted, the ratings they made for people should be retracted. I'm going to suggest that on the suggestion page now.

ReadMe has already implemented that. Votes are retracted whenever a user is deleted or banned (it wasn't that way at the time those users' were deleted/banned though).
