What about if we ban you for a good reason, like offensive posts in the public forum towards a member. In this case a staff member, which is worse.

Your other account appears to be intact, apart form the sig - which you finally seem to have not reset after i deleted it. Why use this new account?

Banning someone for a good reason is a different matter. Of course i'd like to know what your talking about.... I do have an evil temper which i am equally as guilty of loosing from time to time. But I dont randomely ban people because of it. (speaking of my own forums).

it took me a while to change my sig and stuff because I moved... physically.. moved. And I was offline for a bit. Upon returning I fixed up the sig/presig... as well as get to work on some other stuff im doing.

That's not a unique power, and you won't get an IP outside of a given range. An IP range is easy enough to ban.

it is for most broadband conection.. (at least in my area). and that was said only because it would serve as a temp fix to have a situation resoved. Not as a way to circumvent the system.

I have an issue with being controversial.. its not intended but if I dont have my fingers in some shit something usually wrong.

I'm on keeper's side. I don't see the big deal with him. If knifa did ban him so many times, I would say that's abusing his powers.

However, this time it seems he didn't ban you and you were just complaining. I do see that as being wrong.
