well thanks four effort for sure; but it seems we need an expert on this topic^^ ummm... some advertisement i have now uploaded 3 fully working and (i think) pretty nice flyshopper maps, also now with better previews. if you want to check them out: search maps->map author: LawxGuard...

...but you know that those colors are encoded to textures because every color gets transformed in a shape of grey? all my maps look like this and it does pretty well (see map-making-tutorial) however, very strange that you had no girders....
