Apologies for the double post, but I've managed to get the fanfare and grave to work. No idea what's wrong with the flag though. It's just like the others in the folder, and it's placed in my user\flags directory....

I've made a custom gravestone flag and fanfare, in the same format as the default ones, and I've put them in the right folders...but they won't show up when I go to edit the team in the options menu. Any clue why this could be?...
