Yeh BMPs are viewable in windows and linux in every non text browser I know of. It's just Macs that don't support them. Yes I would have changed them to something else but no I didn't, because I was trying to do it quickly and get it over with. heh. I might do but it's a question of "can I be bothered." I need a program that converts a whole directory in one fowl swoop. Yes, a chicken swoop. I think PNGs tend to work if you only use 100% or 0% transparency - BUT, IE Still gets it wrong. The colours come out slightly different shades on IE to what they're meant to be... grr...

I already posted a link to all the flags in jpeg, gif, and png. I used Corel PHOTO-PAINT 10's Batch Process feature.
edit - And yes, when by some foul misjudgement I accidentally open IE, my PNGs are grey/gray. (I hate American spelling. I spend ages trying to find CSS bugs, before realizing that I put "colour" or "centre".)

After 7 years of html coding 'color' or 'center' comes naturally to me, but I have no problem the rest of the time, I can type colour too... I hardly ever use the word centre in the real world... I'd probably get it wrong sometimes if I did though
