1 had dial up connection , and i had no problem playing worms online ,
until today i get dsl ,
when i click on wormnet 2 (united kingdom) ,it shows me please wait , and the mouse cursor change to that "clock" , and nothing, i waited for so long , but nothing, even the "exit" button wont' work , and i have to close the game by ctrl-alt-del or
i waited more and more and finally it said "fatal error during gameserver connection, disconnecting"
pleaaaase help!
when i used dial up after clicking that link , after 1 sec ! it would show me my ip and login link , but now noting happens !
someone help!pleaseeee (i've tried re-installing,but nothing....)

Maybe your DSL system doesn't support the UK version of the game. Try downloading the patch or deleting it and try each time. Check for any firewalls. I have no solution for dial-up...you should probably check the Team 17 forums.

did you install any new hardware at the time? i.e. a router? You could have some strict firewall settings on the router (although that seems unlikely).

i had that prob too 6 months ago... got dsl too. but it fixed itself.
