You are seriously mistaken! Firstly, that song is older than "emo", and secondly, emo is not about lyrics. Emo was invented by people singing in a whiny voice, which that song is not.

Actually, the term "emo" derives from the term "emotional". Being that, someone who is overly concerned about their emotions and or the way they are displayed. Often leading them to think they are constantly being judged. Thus leading to the thoughts of suicide, which in this "song" clearly is depicting.

Not my fault for not having the same taste in music as others therefore not knowing what song these particular lyrics belong.
