The PSP one has better graphics, so it will have 3d backgrounds and such. The DS will make use of the touchscreen for scrolling the map and choosing weapons. The were just stupid little games you could play on a train or something, not a full console game that requires concentration. And obvisously the graphics were 10x better on the N64.
