2-Why do you call the services WWP,WWP2,WWP3... ?
Try to call all them "WWP"
Routers rarely let you give two services the same name. It really doesn't matter, it's just a name.
If your computer is called king and you have done everything else right that should work.
ArcBeetle is right about having 6 services, there should only be one for UDP and one for TCP.
The source IP address is the IP address that it's expecting internet traffic to come from - ie the people who join your game. It has to be set to all, because you can't possibly predict the IP addresses of the people who join your game.
Try asking people what IP they see in the join game box when they try to join. If it starts with 10., 255., or 127., (and maybe some others) then something is wrong with the way worms is set up.
Also, the IP checking page may not always be accurate (although it normally is) if your ISP has it cached.
