Ok, I need a opinion on which on to download. I can either get the beta for F.E.A.R. (Which looks mighty sexy/scary) or BattleField2 Demo (Which I've heard is very good online).
I can download both if it comes to it, but both are HUGE files.

Beta for fear is only MP. There's really nothing scary in an MP beta, just a bunch of people running around with guns. It was allright, but not amazing.

I've downloaded them both but not played either of them that long - I'm just not that good at fpses on the pc - could do with some practice and a better framerate.

Of the two I think I preferred the BF2 demo, but I really didn't play fear that long because my gfx card can't really handle it.

and where can u get the beta demos?

I got BF2 from gamershell.com (download servers can be quicker, but it depends if your conn is fast enough to notice )

and F.E.A.R is only available from GameSpy, somewhere. Can't remember where exactly, jeigh gave us a direct link.

Yeah, I saw a link floating around one the side of a GameSpy page. Just go to gamespy and just keep changing pages to hope it comes up on the side.

I did hear something about gamespy being hacked, but the site looks very much alive atm.

i believed the entire site fell down, however i have loked and the only thing thay have stopped is the hosting services
