Well, there's generally a reason you're given at least one high explosive in your weapons, it's for destroying the flag. Then you don't have to worry about stray pixels...

Go to the maps section, and set the Map Type as Capture the Flag. I think there are some maps in the Worms Map Database as well: http://www.wmdb.org/ | |
