So BTP is a worms site, dedicated to worms and anything else us wormers deem neccessary for talking about

But as worms moves 3D, less and less of customization, maps and so forth are available.

Where does this leave BTP in a few years time? Where do YOU think it could go? will we still be at these forums some time next year? Some members come and go, but others such as C1, Pope, Harry etc have stayed, even though as the months pass, many of us play worms leass and less.

So Zog, i guess in the end its up to you, but where does yourself and the rest of the admin and of course the community see this site in a fe years time? who knows?

I think some of us will still be around, there will probably be newer members that are as active as we are now.
I think I might still be active this time next year, who knows. And of course all the adminastrators will probably still be here. So probably we will still be here in a year. Now in 2 years....that might be a different story.

I think the members would still stay, even if it was less... worms. I know i'd stay.

BTP is not only worms i think, we meet here and we talk and we draw stuff and atleast we have fun!

With the huge hits everyday, I wouldn't be surprised if Zog adopted another game to talk about.

So yes, Worms will probably die out soon, but I'll stay around; I haven't played it in around a month though...

Starcraft seems popular among alot of the members but I've yet to play it. Although as it's going for £8 at play.com, I may well pick it up.

If anything, btp won't disappear, it'll just evolve. The domain name is applicable to any game (2D ones moreso than 3D) and the content of the site can easily be adapted by the topnotch list of admins.

Perhaps even two different versions of the site. A worms site and then some other game. But if the site was to change, the game I'd like it to focus on would probably be Half Life 2


Perhaps it won't be about games anymore. A webcomics centre would be cool, or even some pixel art based online mmo game.

Whatever happens, btp will be around for a very long time.

I think btp is going to last longer than that. W:a is going to die in less than a year.

YOu really think so c1? I think it will stay alive for at least another 2 years or longer.

BTP won't ever die. Why you ask? Because I'm here now . W:A probably isn't going to die any time soon, it will probably stop being made sometime in the near future, but at Deadcode's current pace, the 4.0 final probably won't be out for 2+ years now. And maybe, just *maybe*, T17 will finally release that dammed level editor for W3D (hahahahaha, yeah, right ) and then we won't have this problem with running out of new resources.
And besides, if everything else goes to pot, we always have BlameTheGeneralOffTopic to keep us warm at night XD.

Nope. W:a is already dying. Less and less people are on. A lot of the "old" and "good" clans are dying off. SFX is getting fairly inactive, and a lot of other clans are too. As well, RRP is pretty much dead, and MwC is planning to break up later next year.

I think W:A will die 5 years after the 4.0 patch is released.
