If you're using Firefox, you've probably accidentally used the Increase Text Size feature, all you have to do is go up to View, and choose Decrease Text Size. Of course, if you're not using Firefox, I have absolutely no advice for you...

If you're using IE I think you go View > Text Size > Medium (or whatever you had it set as)

Of course, they decided to move it again in the next version :|. As well as increase and decrease, it has a "normal" option which puts it back where it was. Very useful.
