Is it possible to make custom forts for WWP? I have searched high and low to find the graphics for the forts in my installation folder but have came up empty handed. My guess is I'm stuck with the forts supplied. Does anyone know anything about fort building?

EDIT:
I found after searching some more Team 17 says it is included in the mission editor. I can't seem to find any mention of forts in the documentation. They claim it is there:

you can't make forts for their fort mode. The idea is you just make a mission and a map that has two forts on it. That's as much as you can do, unfortunately.

Thanks. That is what I was thinking. You confirmed it for me. I guess it will still work but will take more effort to get a good fort game.

me and my brother noticed a little bug when playing missions over a LAN game on wwp.
i am the host of the game and i selected the armageddon mission, i selected it after my brother joined on a differnt computer. he saw the first mission that you can choose from, i saw the armageddon mission.
So when we started the game we loaded on differnt maps and it then would crash.
Duno if it's the same for online games or custom missions.
to solve the problem, you must wait for the host to select the mission befor you join.

But ehh, the missions wont work over internet, if the other player has the same mission you just did.
That's what I've heard.
And even if it would work, my mission editor somehow crashed .

if you make your level, you could then use the option to select where the worms start off....

Actually, there is a way of making your own forts. Look in you WWP folder. Go into graphics, and look for the NewGfx folder. You should see a bunch of BMP files, castle1, castle2, etc. Create back-ups of these, then edit them with whatever program you use.

Nope. You'd load your custom map and everyone else will load the unedited map so you'd crash.

@ EvilWeevil: No offence, but I think you should try and get your facts straight before you post incorrect information
on a forum, those are only the thumbnails that you see while selecting your fort in the team editor, I don't know where the fort's actual images are, but I do know twhere they aren't
