Ummmm, is there a way I can make more posts appear in a single page when I am reading threads?

If not, this should be added as an option under User Profile.

Isn't there an option in the User Profile? Show BLANK posts per page? I'm pretty certain there is, let me check....

He was saying that he thought there was a field in your Edit User Profile page that you could fill in with the number of posts you wanted to see in other people's profiles. If that makes any sense at all...

As it is, you can only view more posts in the Shout Box and Word Association. I want to be able to do the same thing when reading threads.

After some thinking, my oringal idea is not a good one. Poeple post links to threads that are to certain page numbers, which would require more and more coding to be put in place for this idea to work.

But a new idea hit me.... what if you could click an a option in your profile, that would let you make all posted post images to be in spoilers, or not.

High speed connections could have this option off, and all low speed connections could have it on...

This would be great for the art competitions threads or what-not.

This way, the lower speed connection will not have to wait 10 minutes for a page to load. Instead they can click on a picture/spoiler at one a time.

This could work. What do you think?

PS: Some work would need to be done to define the differnce between 'typed spoilers' and 'user setting spoilers' for it to work.... but I think it is a much more easy solution.

I'm not entirely sure how the browsers tend to render the spoilers. I think it still loads the images even when they're hidden, although it may wait till it becomes visible to load them... not sure.

mine(netscape) loads the image after the click.

IE does that too.

You see a spoiler. You click on it. There's an image inside. The image doesn't actually load until you click the spoiler link.

Oh I see, I havn't tried it on any of the browsers I have (firefox and IE).
