Tax: -4% (+ Friend)	I saw a comment in the proper excuses page, blaming the number (too high) of unrated proper excuses. I thought it could be nice to rate the random propser excuses that appear on BTP's homepage directly. To make this easily, i suggest, if it's possible, to put a group of five rating stars just under the random excuse, so we could click and rate them whithout going to the proper excuses page. : (since i have no programming skills, i don't know how difficult it would be to do or not.)
