u have 2 have a rateing of 17 2 hold the power of 2!:D
and the idea 4 only admins and the social+ users rateing people, then thats just stupid as we have no social+ users, only social++users and it's just a stupid idea in general:P

check changes.php ;). Not everything I've done is on there. I've only had time for small changes recently . Most of the last couple of weeks has been spent on maths revision
