The following users had this IP at the time of signup. However, some users on the same ISP may have the same IP when they sign up.

You're on a dynamic IP, it'll just be people on the same ISP as you, as it cycles round.

People who stay conected to the internet all the time keep the same IP address. But like me when i dial broadband each time my IP has changed.

Yeah my adsl is dialup. And it changes everytime i connect as well.

I also have dymanic IP, but it doesn't change as often. Perhaps every time my Cable goes out and I reconnect it!

My IP is dynamic, but it hasn't changed in a long long long time. At least 6 months. I forget how my cable isp assigns it, i belive it is by modem or nic card mac addy.

I think mine changes every time i disconnect. But i didnt know other people could get the same one.

Yeah, how is it possible to get the same one as sum1 else?

People on the same ISP in the same general area, have a slight chance of overlapping IPs. This is because the last 5 number positions change ever-so-slightly on every connection. There are 100000 possible combinations for those 5 numbers though, so it isn't prone to happen often.

We reverse check the IP. If it's a proxy server or dialup pool, then that's ok. If it's a broadband range, we get more suspicious.
