the reinstallation didnt work...

Not sure what could be happenening but try this:

1. Post on the old thread when something doesn't go according to plan, we don't need a new thread for a new slightly off topic matter.

2. Uninstall WWP.

3. Go to 'run' in the start menu and type in regedit.

4. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER

5. Then Expand Software

6. Find Team17SoftwareLTD and then expand it to find WormsWorldParty.

7. Delete the WormsWorldParty folder.

8. Re-install WWP and try.

If you don't think urself intelligent and obedient enough to do this, don't. I don't want you to delete a wrong folder and then blame me. But I assure that this technique will cause no damage to WWP.

I can also assure that there is no garuantee that this will work and solve the problem but it always helps to try all the possible routes.

You forgot to mention that he should update his graphic drivers and directX.

Do a fragment after uninstalling WWP, it nomally works .

Defragmenting on some Hard Drives takes hours upon hours. Only do it if you're desperate...

No.. it works, when I installed the patch on Warcraft3, it screwed up, I was told to uninstall, fragment, then reinstall, it worked

it's defragment, duck, doing a "fragment " would just make things worse

A bit like bitsize revision. Cutting the information into non-manageable chunks
