Hi,

How do I get a gold for this mission? I can get a silver because an extra box which has an uzi in is available but all you have on 1st go is 2 blowtorch which is impossible to use against the enemy as the worm is sitting on a sign.

People put too much emphasis on posting in the right forum, the thread doesn't need 4 posts on the matter. Personally, I think this is related, if he didn't put itin the WWP section, then oh well, no need to go on about it .

True. I don't care if a thread is in the correct forum or not. In some cases (like this) it is smarter to put it in the "wrong" forum, since more people visit this forum than the WWP one. Sorry, this is another post about threads in wrong places.

When a game is first released, a forum can be flooded with people eager to say whatever the hell (mainly stupid spammetic shit) they want on forums. There has to be several forums to sort out all the b.s. people say so that some actual help can get accomplished, and someone using a forum incorrectly would be frowned upon, or they could just be new to forums (not a smiting offense).

After a game has been out for a while and there is relatively little traffic on the forums, one big section could accomodate for the entire thing, and that'd be the only place most people would bother looking. As long as it isn't hindering the forum in any way (like 4 off-topic posts would), posting in the wrong forum can be efficient.

I don't dislike off topic threads. Well, it's not like good, but I don't hate when threads go off topic. It's natural that they do after a few pages.

Yeah, we've just been taught to care. When topics go offtopic they're usually fun.

I hate forums like the Game Maker Forum, where the mods lock the threads when they go just a little tiny bit off topic. Though it would be even more annoying if that were the case at BTP.
