i know it's a dumb question but how do i get pre-sigs 2 scroll across the post(s)? AND HOW DO I GET TO SENTER MY SIGS?

Use the center tag. (center)(/center). Of course, you should put it in those brackets (ie, greater/less than signs).

You mean those sigs that change between pages? Go to the sig-script section, it should explain it there...

I have another question that i did'nt want to ask becouse it's so nooby.
Anyway, how do i make sigs so that they have a normal see-trough background? like harrys drinking worm and wishta's avatar?

This is called transparency.

Get a GIF editor, and set the transparent color for whatever you want. I won't get into it, most editor help files tell you all you need to know (just search in the help for transparency).

ok.....the "transparent" color glenn is talking about is "matte" you can normally use a save for web option (i don't know if PSP8 has this....but it gives you some choices....one being transparency and matte colors and options.....you pic the matte color according to the color of the bg of where your putting it.....(that kinda puts a couple of pixels around it in that color) that way you don't need to be exact, but pretty close.... hope this helps...
