I tend t play a lot of games offline against my bro, is there any way i can enable rope knocking for these?

are you using W:A or WWP?

If you're using W:A and you haven't installed the beta patch, then you can use the silkworm patch, which is still downloadable at http://home.iprimus.com.au/vahagn/sfx/files.html.
This, if you didn't know, is a patch created unofficially to add some extra functionality. But since the beta patch came out for W:A, nobody really uses it any more. If you have the beta patch then you can't use silkworm, as the beta patch was designed to have the features silkworm already had, and thus blocks it. The beta patch, however, doesn't allow off-line rope-knocking (I think). If you do have the beta patch then you could install two different W:As, then patch each of them differently.

If you have WWP though, then the answer is no.
