no because ips are very insecure things and people could you them to gain unautherised access to someones pc.

yes double posting isn't a problem, the problem is spaz posting lots on your forum, and if I were to stop it, the username would suffice...

I did actually ban spaz from your forum, zlooxy, but it looks like the forum ban didn't work, for some reason

no, there is a button for ban user. Trust me, I added it myself not a few weeks ago... I'll add another check at the posting stage - he might be logging out to post.
