heres a test for you budding programmers:
I would like you to attempt to code a program for creating tournaments. The names will be input, then the program will draw them into pairs. The winners will then be entered, and pairs randomly drawn from them, and so on until the final. It would preferably be able to copy with high numbers of enterants (100+) and it should be able to add a game with 3 players should there be an odd number of players.

Winner either gets £5000 BTP or Moderator status.

a game of three players would be two players and then the third playing the winner, so actually two different games

edit-- dunno what i was thinkin, i spose you could have a three player game.

well, i was thinkin of all 3 playing at once, like if there are 9 people in a round

meiapaul..u cant give either of those things. I think that's why ur not a mod now. Also why make it a program when u can make it in php?

erm, it's still a program - whether it's PHP coded or otherwise.

so if there were 9 users it would be 3 games of 2 and one game of 3? or 3 games of 3?

oh. I thought that would be under webpages or sumthing. But i suppose your right.

9 players should eb on prelim then ur down to a power of 2, so u can do a proper tourney.

are you talknig about Worms or you made some game?
