I have no idea how to make a water drop in a proper. when i ask people they leave my game assuming im a noob. its very irritating. help wanted.

you mean worms stand on water but nades etc... sink? just set the water lvl on the map editor so that u can see only the very top of the pixels of the water wave. set it to the top of the top of the water wave and not the lower part of the water.
