Guys, my Pixel Blaming Team (SPAZ and I) has been challenged to a 2 vs 2 FORT in some stupid ladder. The problem is that the time they challenged us is at 4 am local time for me. Anyone wanna take my place? The match is on 12 September 2010 Sunday at 11 AM BST. I don't really wanna wake up/stay up for a video game ladder.

Team 17 released a new Worms game. It's not as good as Worms Armageddon, and no one particularly cared.

You can probably search him up on Battlenet or whatever that thing's called. You can search by name, can't you?

Valve must be laughing their asses off. People seem to spend $15 on a game and only play it for 1 or 2 hours. Then they spend another $15 on the next game. I'm not just talking about Worms Reloaded either.

Hotdamn, I've not played any worms in a long time, I need to see if WA will boot up on Vista and get my BnG on.

...this game looks dumbed down; is it available on other platforms? Worms on anything other than PC is an insult and if this game shares another platform, I think I'll save myself a couple pounds.

You're gonna be disappointed to hear that WR is actually a console port of Worms 2: Armageddon. It doesn't feel like a PC game, and you can play the game with a game pad. The F-keys are still in place, but the new weapons do not have F-key buttons.

Team17 did take steps backwards with this game. You can't share schemes, map size limit is smaller (not a big deal imo) and the interface is not quite as PC friendly.

They dealt with the whole rope craziness, and reduced the amount or roping activity by making the worms heavier, and the physics wackier. Thus WxW, shopper, ropers's are gone (RR's aren't, it's an official scheme type now).

If you're looking for a game exactly like WA, don't expect it. It's not WA. Think of it as an entirely new game. It's still a fun game, just many things to fix, and it needs to be PC-ized.
