So in a few months I'm going to have a birthday. Not just any birthday. My 18th birthday.
My birthday is on New Year's day... and I'm probably at a party that day... for New Year. I'm planning to begin asking my friend when they'll be in the city (because they've all gone to uni in other cities), and I'm thinking about having the birthday party a week or two after the birthday. I've had a few idea's so far, but they're not inclusive of everyone. Drinking/clubbing age of where I live is 18 btw.
1. Goin' to a club and make an arrangement of no line/no cover/free drink type deal for all my friends. Unfortunatly it doesn't include everyone
2. Invading a hotel and do something with it.
3. Invite everyone to a gay bar and not tell them it's a ay bar.
4. Hire a stripper to Chuck E. Cheese.
5. Hire strippers from Chuck E. Cheese.
6. Doing something that includes everyone
Yeah, I'm stuck here.
I did think that doing something that includes everyone first plus clubbing after would be the best idea. But I don't know what the everybody thing is yet.

Er you could do a house party type thing. I did that for my 18th.

You could hire a hall and start your own club for the day, then everyone could come. Hire a pool table, DJ, bring a twister mat, whatever the hell, haha. Then you gotta get someone to clean up afterwards though.

Nothing in my house would go well. There is the advantage of bedrooms though.

That would be a good idea, but that's a bit expensive to get to work out. But it could be done. I also just thought that I could bring in ROCK BAND for it too.. but I'm pretty damn sure that'll be destroyed by the end of the night.
I need to make sure alot of people come for that too, especially if I'm hiring a hall and stuff. It also needs to be controlled... so... :-/

That would be a great idea ReadMe only if it didn't have to be winter in Canada ;o.
And it wouldn't be as different as it was from my friend's birthday party I went to. But you're completely right about being different.
An Abd birthday party would involve doing something ADVENTUROUS or COMPETITIVE. Anything adventurous, that isn't a pub crawl (because it isn't that adventurous). Rock climbing is sort of adventurous, but I'm pretty sure the girls will not enjoy that, epecially many of my non-adventurous friends. I'm not doing Laser Tag again, especially since I learned their rules are very restrictive.
I was just thinking of inviting everyone to do this:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=HHWpJgOISjM
Then right after we invade their restaurant for a party .
Damnit, too many of my friends are not adventurous.

Hire DJ Canada to be your bouncer/security. Oh, and pay him with food.
