Iduno, but i'm sure that there is going to be an option for that in the toolbar somewhere around the top. Atleast for photyoshop CS2, can't check atm-don't have it installed.

Make a text box as big as the width of the image, then center text, it'll go into the centre of the text box which is the centre of the image.
