How do iget the spirites then edit em, i want to attempt to edit the sprites can someone just get me started i don't even know how to start using this thing

I'm not entirely sure what sprite editor you mean, or what you need the sprites for, but anyway:

You can't add the edited sprites back into the Worms games. Well, maybe you can add them back, but they just won't work. You can make some fine sigs out of them though.

To edit the animations and save the changes, you can use AnimationShop(comes with Paint Shop Pro), or Macromedia Fireworks. Google 'em.
