What I did was copy it to my computer off the CD and just skip straight to the game, because the Setup was a different file and I was actually able to play without installing hte game. However, I don't think you'll be that fortunate. EDIT: I thought that many game studios send you a new CD key if you send in a photo of your CD, etc. Maybe you could look into that? This happened to me once with an old game.
