They'll look diffrent depending on what design you're using, because the web is transparent (but it's done diffrently in both)

I'd say this one. Looks best on darker backgrounds and not bad on lighter backgrounds either. It's more interesting than the other one too, while the other one's not so good on darker backgrounds.

I agree, the second one looks good on both, but the first looks crap on black backgrounds.

But try to color the first ones net in silver as well lets see how that looks....
