The problem is, i downloaded some replays from rrkit, and have some of my own replays which WA saves on its own, i have the new patch and all, can paly color maps etc. The replays have WA icons, but when i try to run them, it starts, black screen, exits and says error in WA exe. I use a WA image from the CD and have win XP. I really dont know what to do, everything but that works perfectlly well. Please help me out with this

I think they might have been created with an older version on WA so they no longer are compatible, but that's only an assumption. Could you link them here so I could see if it works for me? (I'm under winxp using a 1:1 cd image of wa) ________________  | |

Nah, its not that because i tried to run it and sent it to some friends. works good for them.

Hm.. i got a bit further. I run the replay, and during the black screen i press enter. Then it runs the game. But it only runs the GAME not replay, just loads the main menu. what next..

Just a note for future Spitfire. Theres an "QEDIT" link for a reason not to double post. Anyway, have you tried uninstalling then re-installing / re-patching W:A? Alot of problems for me fixed by doing that. ________________  | |

just be sure to back your user folder up if you have anything important in there (schems, maps teams etc etc)

Yeah, did everything you said. I got it working somehow, downloaded some dll files. Only works when i click on export video, but it works. dont really know what i did.. thx anyway
