Personally I don't really enjoy any kind of RPG games, so I'm not even going to try RuneScape to see what I think of it.

Sorry about that, but I believe Bloopy is right. If you don't like RPGs, then don't call all RPGs crap. Because the people who like the RPG will then grow to hate you. Hold on, Pioneer322 hasn't come off chat yet! Does he have a life away from the chat room?

He idles there all the time, like the majority of the regulars do. it's the beauty of having a constant connection to the internet.

Personally, I've played Runescape 2. It was good for a few days, but then I started hating it. Maybe it's because my first MMO was Ragnarok Online...

RuneScape was a great game for filling up my time, years ago when I didn't know any better and had nothing else to do. Some parts of the game (eg. mining) are so intensely boring that people started writing bots to play the game for them.

RuneScape 2 is exactly the same game except your character walks more slowly. Oh, and it has background music.

tundraH, you forgot the part about it creating even more mind-numbing tasks for those that are desparate enough to pay for the game...

I like some RMG's, but not this one.

Yes, runescape is so mind numbingly boring, i used to play it a little and the things you have to do to become good are so repetitive... I can see why many people playing the game try to scam others...

PS. Don't knock Pio, I'd rather sit in the BTP chatroom all day than on a tedious and revolting game like runescape.

We should buy everyone who plays the game Guild Wars, One-off fee, million times better and acctully has graphics.

I liked RS1, but not really RS2. Then I got bored of playing the game, plus there's too many cheaters. So I quit.

But then you can buy me cable so I can bloody play them properly.

Shall I suggest that, that should be one of the options in the poll?
