192.168.0 calls for local intranet, and the 1 goes to the router. other numbers like 2-x are for other computers or whatever
going to that addy up there you can access your routers configs (set and installed by drivers).. user and pass is usually admin, password / or user, 1234/ or try to mix those up if none work

look up your routers model number on google and there should be something out there that has everything for you.
