10. (New Rule!) The yellow dots are capitals. If you have dominated if you occupy the land over the yellow dot, you may teleport your army there at the beginning of any turn.
If you own more than one capital, you may teleport to another capital at the beginning of another turn.
However, you may not teleport back to the place you originally teleported from to get to your capital if the spot your teleported does not have a capital on it.
