But what do I do, I'm not going to reformat just for some random petty error. Downloading older versions of msn won't help, windows messanger won't help, restarting won't help. So help me! It seems that when you get that "contact list" one it means msn is down or something. But there was another one I kept getting. Spoiler (Click to Expand) And the list of fixes for whatever for this code doesn't mention msn being down, and I did all the fixes I could, but nope. IMO MSN is a free service so you can't really complain if it dosen't work for a couple of hours a month. And if the MSN server is down Windows messenger MSN messenger and Net messenger will not work.
