yeah its been a while now, and I would like what I bidded for. I sent him my e-mail address and told him to send it but he hasnt yet. If he never gives it to me will he be forced to give me my money back or what?

Its not what the item cost but the fact that he was obligated to trade it for this forum curency upon placing it on the auction block.
