I havnt bought WFUS, having been quiet content with the other worms games, liero and the great LOTR The Battle for Middle Earth.

But Im wondering wether I should buy, im not sure what im missing out.

Of course I would download it if I could if it werent for my skanky connection.

I would like the fans and the enemies of this interesting looking game to post their review and thoughts of WFUS, telling me wether I should buy it or not. Please?

I've never even heard of this game. What makes it different from the other worms games?

It is way better than 3D.

In WF:US, you don't aatack each other worms, you attack their main defenses. Such as the towers, castles, etc you can build.
If worms happen to get in the way.
Ah well


I suggest trying it out guys. Camera angles are a bit slow to keep up with and the buttons are all different to 3D.
But it can be changed.

Note: I'm not saying 3D is crap

It takes 1 gigahertz when W:3D takes 800 megahertz.

My main problem with WFUS is the controls of the camera. With mouse smoothing on high and mouse sensitivity stupidly low, it's incredibly difficult to chnage the camera angle and navigate.

why dont you decrease all the setting except mouse and maybe itll work better.

Then you'll end of with crap graphics and crap game speed quality type-things.

I have an ati radeon 9600 with an ASUS mother board, AMD chip set. And the thing is, you can't tweak these settings!
No mosue options. Only invertion settings!
No graphic options. Not even resoloution.
But you can get something-or-other from the t17 WF:US forum for the res.
This is why it's crap, you can't even change the god damn settings!

And if I could decrease the graphics setings, except mouse, how the hell will that solve the annoying mouse smoothing with stupidly low mouse sensitivity?

And mutliplayer online, well, it's powerd by game spy....
RunT and I tried to get a game on, but it didn't work.
So i went on the t17 forums and found the ports that I needed to forward.
We should try again....

Ive the PS2 version and its not worms as we know and love, but it sure as hell rocks most of the time. Fair enough it has a couple o flaws, the camera can b annoying at times and it can b frustrating at first, but the wormy humour is there and the gameplay is great. Id very much consider it
