Mind you, admins should have the choice to lock it perhaps only because they can make the decision if it needs to be locked or not. Why not just PM an admin to lock it for you? There is one exception though, I wish users could lock their own threads in BlameTheJudges. That'd keep the post whoring that occurs AFTER a poll is completed down. Otherwise, just PM a user-admin (preferably myself, C1, or Pio), and we'll get it closed for you, if we deem it neccessary. I don't really think users should be able to lock their own threads.
