Now you have the chance to experience the role-playing game starring Parsley the worm who is on a quest towards knighthood! But beware, if you do too many evil deeds, you have commited yourself to the path of evil...
I've finally uploaded a demo version of my Worms role-playing game, The Adventures of Parsley, written in VB6. It may not be much, but this is only a taste, and I have plenty more coming. I'll be releasing a trailer and Parsley website soon.

'Tis phun, a traditional RPG multiple-choice thingy Can't wait for teh full version. Just one comment about my recent blacksmith encounter. Something makes me question how the smith seemed to come back from the dead after coming back to the blacksmith once more. Just an observation Good job on it though.

Oh yes, a bug. thanks for pointing that out. Ah well, you need the swordfighting practice anwyay
Just as a heads-up, another bug is that I haven't yet programmed an event for death yet, so if you're fighting with defense at 1, your HP will just go into the negatives but you'll keep on fighting. XD Just think of it as an invincibility potion, so you can enjoy the demo without being killed.

I loved Murray. And I <3 this game even more! Good Job Joe. I have a suggestion: for teh game. Can you somehow keep the inventory and status thingy open? It would be less hassle for teh Gamer.

Yes, at first, but like I said before, I'm working on a Parsley website, and it'll be moved there after the site's done.

Hehe, I've already programmed what's going to happen when you open the trapdoor. It's not vital to the mission, in fact it has something to do with your choice of taking the path of evil...
Oh, and it's not a treasure cave
I'm gonna start working on this again, who knows, maybe I'll get out the full version by Christmas, as a Christmas present to BtP!

It's a nice start joetheeskimo5, if you work on it a bit more i think it will turn out really good! I found a few minor bugs in it though. For example if you kill the blacksmith, he will be alive again when you re-enter the building...
Suggestion: I think your inventory and skills should be on the right of the window so you can access them easier. I'm to lazy like C1 to perform those two clicks, heh
I can't wait for the full version as it keeps saying "Sorry, you cannot access this area in the demo version." Argh!

Cool game btw, but the images aren't so fantastic.
I attack blacksmith, I have -22 HP
You can also click on the buttons that look as if they are unclickable.

Ah...how much a hassle is two extra clicks?
I just want to see my inventory and status on screen. It's annoying to keep track of your HP when you're in battle and you can't see your own HP.
