Lol I thought it was gonna be the Don Vito off Viva La Bam and CKY
If I was in US I'd vote for Kerry because at least he's not Bush. And if US decides to have a draft there's gonna be too many protestors so I don't see why they would even try.
I'm not a protestor or a hippy or anything but I really hate corporations, they can't be trusted but they have all the money to buy power. And by corporations I'm not talking about McDonalds. I'm talking about corporations that buy companies and strip them of assets, cheat the stockmarket, take away millions and leave behind huge debts or unemployed workers.

People protested Vietnam for years, but it took the US ten years to realize they were in a no win situation and pulled out.

Yeah Glenn but that time nearly all the people actually went to war, this time I think a lot more would protest and refuse to go in the first place.

I voted for Kerry. Kerry has lost (unless there's millions of provisional ballots or something fucked up like that... that'd be a fucking miracle). Damn it all.
My dad was also running for 5th District County Commissioner, but lost to this unheard of journalist because Kansas is republican and so was she (my dad was the democratic nominee). I voted for him, but he only got 30% of the votes.
Bush won for two reasons...
1. he's the president (incumbent)
2. he's republican
... and like Kansas, US is mostly republican.
Also, there were two other issues on the ballot I had that actually pertained to me. Well, the state senators do, too, but I don't know anything about any of them (or anyone else running for anything else besides president or commissioner). One was the sale of alcoholic beverages without the majority of sales being food at a place of business in my county. This means they can sell beer anywhere now. It also allows for the consumption of alcoholic substances in public places (i.e., parks and shit). The other was a raise of .5% sales tax, 35% of which goes to property tax relief, I forget what the rest is for. They both won the vote (drinks to that).

Wow have a look at this!
Bush has 254 electoral votes and Kerry has 252 electoral votes. (They need 270 to win) Basicly it all comes down to Ohio which apparently is "Too close to call"
Also according to the exit polls, if only men voted then Bush would win and if only women voted then Kerry would win. Fairly interesting
I hope Kerry wins, but i think it might be too late to happen...
edit: 300th post, woo!
