I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now I can't even install it anymore. I would just buy a new disk, but it's so old that no where sells it anymore. I've looked. And I can't go to Ebay, no CC. Assuming your scratched cd is the original one and you bought it (not a copy), i think you should ask people you know to get you a copy, since you still own the original cd, right ? I bought mine in a retail store not so long ago, it can still be found, normally, and very cheap. Some people here had their cd blown into pieces by the cd reader too... Scratched cd, eww that's bad news. Assuming your scratched cd is the original one and you bought it (not a copy), i think you should ask people you know to get you a copy, since you still own the original cd, right ?
