TheAbdBoy Single Send PM Posts: 4158 Threads: 322 Money: £1844.11 (D) User Tax: -99% (+ Friend)	Ok, when someone get's rated down to 3 or less, the admins should be notified and then they should start a new thread with a poll, about the user. Bannination or not. If people vote yes, then they must state why, and if the reason is good enough, it will be counted for the number of "Yes". Scince I'm bad at explaining things, I'll show an example. kyle's twin get's rated down by a shit-load of users. His rating is at one. All admins should recieve a message (or even better, using that excelent suggestion of Falkra's), then one of them will start the thread (maybe make a new forum) asking if that user should be banninated or not.
