i personally think your overreacting are you going to say everyone whos uses that avatar is kyle? thats my point but all i have to say is id be a little more careful before assuming someones kyle

Its not the avatar that matters, its how he uses btp.
What kyle did (doing alittle profiling and bordeom looking around) he would use such codes to like, put an entire BTP page (like Ask The Pixel into a post on Ask The blamer. Confusing but it was something like that)
Now I'm not going directly to blaming any new user that would just happen to have some equal abilities (yeah right, an Ask the pixel box in the profile?)

Maybe you wernt here when everything was happening, but there were a billion multiple accounts created for God knows what reason. As you look at the ListUser (list all) section and click on the Status (decending), you'll notice there are alot. of banned users. 70% of which are kyles.
So you see, he has broken many many rules. He's not wanted in BTP anymore, so hes creating aliases so he can Act like a new user (but sucks at it) and continue screwing himself up and getting banned.

well.... mind you im pretty sure ive seen kyles old account unbanned.... but i seriously must say he doesnt curse alot and i do think i remember kyle doing a lot of cursing... i COULD be horably wrong in some twisted way so dont hold this against me

Nothing really against you... And its not the cursing, yes maybe some excessive cursing from time to time but most was from the spam (thousands of posts and threads) and BTP abuse (like using open tags and never closing them, causing everything below the post to have that tags effect) As well as multi accounts. Some were unbanned, tho i dunno why, but there screwed over now. So then he goes off to Another new account.
Then we go do it all over again.
Its like, when will he ever leave for good and why not?

No he will never leave, because our admins don't have the GUTS to do an IP range ban. And excuse me for saying so, but that show of cowardice really pisses me off when it is shown the person has not changed. Kyle's gotten WAY too many chances. If this were to happen on alot of the other forums I'm on, he'd have had a range ban immediately.

Hmm, this was done before, and yet managed to evade by going on a different IP range or something. Perhaps his ISP needs notifying about his doings yet, i dont think it will matter (but it better)

Good question. Possibly annoy and frag some other site that would have the same content and user system like this, or get banned by many a many forums :S
