The poxel is what i think is a cross between a polygon and a voxel. The voxel being the volume of the land. And the polygon being the outer land. Am I right?

Voxels aren't the volume, they are points in 3D space a certain distance above the ground. You're right about the polygons though.

Poxels are new and different from voxels, they don't rely so heavily on the distance above the ground, just look at the banana bomb, the banana is made of poxels and it spins when you throw it. I don't think an object made of voxels can be rotated like that.

You can't see poxels, just like you can't see a GPS coordinate on the ground in front of you.

I was just interested in the actual "3D" aspects of the game. I am a 3D modeler myself

apart from the fact that I came up with that before I knew what a poxel was, the poxels in poxel flyer must be surrounded by polygons for you to see them

I just thought a Poxel was a 3D Pixel, but it looks like theres more to it than that. I would show here a meaning for it but there doesn't seem to be a word known as "Poxel"
