How do I get replays to load in W:A??

You can go to websites that give some, ie btp's recordings section here.
or you check your WA \User\Games\ folder.

Make sure your W:A patch version is equal to or greater than the replay's origin. You can make sure you have a high enough version by updating to the latest beta patch, which can be found here, on BTP.

No, if the folder isn't there to begin with, making the folder won't help any because it still doesn't know how to create game replays. If it did, and the folder wasn't there, it'd at least go SOMEWHERE.
