I have nothing against people getting into making websites, what i do have something agaisnt is MIDI bg music and stupid javscript mouse trails. If i wanted them I'd add them myself.

From now on i will no longer be accepting links to clan or whatever websites of this nature onto the links page, I cannot speak for the other admins but i daresay they agree with me.

In 2 weeks time i will also be removing any websites to which the above description applies from the links pages and the banner rotation. You have been warned.

On a lighter note i'd like to encourage people not to use freewebs and learn some xhtml and css techniques in order to comply with current web standards, here's some links for you:

yeah, i hate it when it spontaniously plays stupid music, and especially when i'm playing music my self.

And half of the time the music is just stupid and crappy.

OH GOD! Please remove those. They distract me and they look horrible. Plus they stretch the pages sumtimes.





I don't see anything wrong with people just starting out readme. They should learn some stuff but it's always good to start out that way. Even tho I didn't start out that way. It's just a way to get started out. Like Duke.

A lot of websites have a simple solution to this problem - if you want to hear music you have to click a button at the bottom of the page. The music doesn't load with the page unless you want it to

Indeed, pressing stop will stop most music playing and it might even stop the flying worms on starworms' page.

Sounds like a good idea. A start and stop button for Starworms' worms.

Hm, I hate them, and I'd go to ur site if they were gone. I can't even read the poll before getting distracted too much by the worms and just closing the window.
